Sorry for not being up to date with my life happening.
So I am done with my internship at QMA...possibly one of the most productive summers I have ever spent in my life so far.
So right now I am in Pittsburgh - Pennsylvania. I am going to do my next semester here at our main campus. I am pretty excited about it. I have decided to do a different form of blogging for this time. I decided that I would express my day to day activities more using pictures than words. One of the reasons being I am too lazy to type but then again I feel a single picture can express more thoughts than a thousand words..(dont know if any of that made any sense).
So my dear blog readers......WELCOME BACK!!!

Week 5 – Week 4 Continued!!
So Week 5 of my internship is here. I have two main tasks to complete this week. Well I was actually supposed to finish them last week, but due to the extensive work on our video we could not work on anything else.
So my first task is to create a Podcast. I am supposed to talk about AMOMA for about a minute, describe what it means to me and how it will create an impact on Qatar. I did not have to think much about this since I have interned here now for over a month and I spoke very freely whatever came to my mind.
My second task is to create a photo album. I am required to go around Qatar and take pictures of anything which relates to the museum or to the culture, traditions and customs of this wonderful country Qatar. I decided that tonight I would go to Souq Wakif which is close by to the cornich and take some snapshots over there.
Below is a snapshot of Souq Wakif taken during the morning.
Editing!!!
Editing a completely new task to me. I don’t remember the last time I did anything like this. As mentioned in my previous posts we used Final Cut Pro for editing our video. It was pretty challenging task since all our interviewees gave us so much exciting and informative data that it was very difficult for us to cut any part of it.
But by the end of the day and with Orlando’s help we did achieve a pretty good video clip which was awesome according to me given that we got introduced to this program like a week ago. Nasreen worked on it during the weekend too and finally we got done with it by Saturday.
I wish I could upload the video to my Blog for all of you, but I guess you guys have to wait for some more time.
